No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

By purchasing any digital product from BC'S Hub, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered (via email, download, or instant access), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Why No Refunds?

Digital products—such as templates, guides, courses, and downloadable tools—are instantly accessible upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, they cannot be “returned” once delivered. We’ve designed this policy to protect the integrity of our content and the time investment behind it.

3. Your Responsibility

Please read product descriptions carefully and ensure you understand what you're purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before you buy. We’re happy to clarify anything you’re unsure about.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under one of these rare conditions:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction)

  • You did not receive access due to a technical issue, and our team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days
